About this database
Task requests are requests from the customer.
Each task is charged by the difficulty and estimate time of delivery.
Integration with Asana
When a new task request is created, a new task is also created on Asana>Task Requests project.
Status management
Pending
When a task is created, the status should be pending. Also if a task is stopped due to customer's request, the task is hold as Pending
Estimate
When the task is estimated and waiting for the order from the customer, the task is set to Estimate
Open
When the task is ordered by the customer and working, the task is set to Open.
Resolved
When the task is resolved by us and waiting for the customer confirmation, the task is set to Resolved.
Closed
When the task is confirmed by the customer and payed, the task is set to Closed.
Estimate

ETD is the estimated time to complete the task including communication with the customer. Choose from 1hr/2hrs/3hrs/4hrs/5hrs/6hrs/7hrs/1day/2days/3days
Choose difficulty from the list to complete the task. Also if the task is urgent, choose urgent such as Urgent Easy. The unit price for urgent task is double.
Unit price, Subtotal are calculated by ETD and Difficulty
Choose VAT to check if required.
Total is the total amount of charge.
Choose Estimate to send estimate
Change the status of the project "Estimate". Then the email is generated and send to the customer automatically.

Invoice
Invoice should be sent to the customer every 15th date / end date of each month.
Cash up are scheduled on every 10th date / 25th date
If inovice does not belong to any project, the title should be "Task Requests (2018 Apr)" and copy & past task name to each record of the invoice.
